Q: What is single-phase & 3-phase linear frequency converters?

A: The FC series frequency converters are linear power supplies with a fixed output frequency value specified by the customer. They convert the input power frequency (usually 60 Hz and 50 Hz) to other output frequencies, such as 400 Hz, 5000 Hz, etc. Single-phase linear frequency converters are with single phase output, while 3-phase linear frequency converters are with three output phases. They are PD-free (partial discharge free) linear AC power supplies. They are not switching mode power supplies. They are extremely good for high voltage capacitive load or inductance load applications.

A: The output frequency is fixed; it can be picked from the range of 47 Hz to 20K Hz according to your application requirements.


Q: What is the output voltage range of your linear frequency converters?

A: The standard output voltage range is 0 – 130 V rms. or 0 – 260 V rms. Custom output ranges can be made upon request.
